Application for the Hinge Health Advancing Diversity in Health and Well-Being Coaching Award

This award has been provided to help advance diversity in the health and well-being coaching field. For example, this goal could be achieved by expanding the reach of health coaching to communities that typically don't have access to health and well-being coaching or by training historically underrepresented populations as health coaches.

Preference will be given to applicants who, through their application materials, demonstrate a commitment to dismantling barriers to the profession that have made it inaccessible to historically underrepresented racial and ethnic communities.

To apply for financial assistance from this program, please fill out the application form in its entirety and upload all supporting documents.
