LMS System Requirements

Trellis LMS is a cloud-based solution, meaning it requires only a web-browser to operate.

Web browsers

The following browsers are supported: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (not run in compatibility mode), latest Microsoft Edge, latest Google Chrome, latest Mozilla Firefox and latest Safari. Latest Safari or Chrome browsers on iOS or Android tablets.

Screen resolution

1024 x 768 or higher

Storage space

For optimal performance, it is recommended to have 15% of free storage space available. This allows you to also download documents and resources as necessary.

Pop-up blockers

It is recommended that pop-up blockers be disabled to avoid issues with viewing some content when launched via the LMS.
